The Grange Residential Development
Following on from the successful delivery of multiple projects for Kennedy Wilson, we have been appointed to construct the next phase of the Grange. The project is a ‘Build to Rent’ strategic housing development occupying a strategic location off the N11 in Stillorgan with a great range of local amenities and excellent transport links to the city centre. We are responsible for delivering the detailed design, construction and fitout of 287 high-end apartments, a residential tenant amenity space and a creche, all in the form of six new blocks ranging in height from 1 to 11 storeys.
To ensure programme and quality efficiencies we are utilizing a number of off-site construction techniques, these are comprised of a precast concrete twin-wall frame, cast-in electrical services, sapphire light weight glide-on balcony system and bathroom pods. The buildings have an overall floor space of 26,250 m² and will be constructed to a BREEAM Excellent standard.
