Regeneron Process Science Building

We are pleased to have completed two important packages of works for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals as part of the construction of their New Process Science and Admin Building at their plant in Raheen, Limerick.   The first package was civil and concrete works to the three storey 7,500m2 facility comprising of substantial live underground services diversions, RC pad foundations, RC Lift cores, pre-cast stairs,  suspended and ground bearing concrete slabs, the latter including substantial stainless steel process drainage below ground, plus the external finishes comprising of hard and soft landscaping, including external concrete yards and covered walkways from the adjacent Multi Storey Car Park also constructed by JPC in 2020.

The second package entailed the overall internal  finishes scope for the new building comprising of substantial partitions and ceilings, secondary steel, glazed screens, steel doors, glazed balustrades, fitted furniture, loose furniture plus extensive floor (resin, tile & carpet) and wall finishes.

The overall LTI free project was constructed on a constrained live site, bounded on all sides by the operational facility, with controlled access at all times. Throughout the completion of these works, the 24/7 production facility remained fully operational.
