Project Overview

The project involved the extension and upgrade works to the Morgan Hotel in Temple Bar including a two-storey rooftop extension containing 42 new bedrooms. Our works also included the refurbishment and upgrade of front-of-house areas along with 58 bedrooms throughout the hotel.

All of our works were carried out on a confined city centre site requiring extensive stakeholder liaison to ensure minimal disruption to neighbouring businesses. The handovers of the project were carried out on a phased basis.
