Celebrating Pride Month at John Paul Construction! ✨🌈

June is a time to reflect on how we can further advance inclusion in the workplace in particular for the LGBTQ+ communities. At John Paul Construction, we’re celebrating by holding informative learning sessions on the importance of diversity and inclusion to our Company and to our staff.

Yesterday, Rachel Owens from DCM Learning led an insightful 1-hour session on diversity and inclusion focusing on dignity and respect in the workplace. Next week, we will host another learning session on understanding and identifying unconscious bias. Sue Landsberg from DCM will lead this session. Let’s work together to make our office and sites more inclusive and keep us moving forward.
