Due to continued expansion, we require a Supply Chain Administrator.
Supply Chain Administrator
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our suppliers meet safety, quality, and sustainability standards. Your work will ensure our supply chain aligns with regulatory and ethical guidelines while improving efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administration of the company supply chain management data.
- Management of the onboarding process of supplier records to ensure accurate data is recorded.
- Working alongside the Manager you will support the administration of the performance of the supply chain to evaluate safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
- Managing relationships with Internal stakeholders and training and supporting them on systems where required.
- Continuously analysing and assessing the supply chain system to identify areas for improvement to streamline processes to enhance business performance.
- Take ownership of issues that arise and proactively support internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Construction/Engineering environment is a plus but not essential.
- 2yrs experience working as an administrator
- Experience in supply chain management, particularly in assessing safety, quality, and sustainability is a plus but not essential.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
