David Kelly

David joined John Paul Construction in 2015 and was promoted to Associate Director – MEP in 2024. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, David’s project portfolio includes high-capacity data centres, substations, life science facilities, manufacturing plants and retail outlets across Ireland, the UK, and the Middle East.

A graduate of DIT Kevin Street with a degree in Electrical Services Engineering, David also holds a Higher Certificate in Electrical Services Engineering. He is known for delivering high-quality projects on schedule, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and effective stakeholder communication.
