Gary Mitchell

Gary joined John Paul Construction in 2023 and brings over 20 years of experience in quantity surveying across Ireland and the UK. He is a graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology with a BSc in Property Economics and holds a BTech Diploma in M&E Cost Management from Southbank University. Gary is also an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Gary’s expertise spans Traditional contracting, design and build, construction management (CM), mission critical, residential, commercial, and high-tech projects, with extensive knowledge of contracts including JCT, NEC, FIDIC and CMA. His strong foresight and problem-solving abilities enable him to plan ahead, analyse challenges, and implement efficient solutions.

During his career, Gary has played key roles in the bid winning and delivery of large scale projects (250m+) across a wide variety of sectors such. Known for his collaborative approach, he ensures project objectives are achieved while maintaining high standards of risk management, quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
