Castleforbes Precast Facade

We are delighted to mark the topping out of Building C2, the landmark 18-storey tower within the Castleforbes Residential Development – the fifth building to reach this milestone.

The Castleforbes development delivers 702 apartments across eight blocks, with heights ranging from 8 to 18 storeys, and offers bespoke amenities including gyms, working areas, a cultural building, and vibrant landscaped spaces.

The façade, featuring modular precast panels by Techrete UK & Ireland, was manufactured off-site with windows pre-installed, ensuring efficiency, superior quality, and sustainability. Manufacturing these panels off-site significantly reduced waste, optimised material usage, and enhanced energy efficiency during production, aligning with our commitment to building smarter and reducing our environmental impact.
