Orwell Nursing Home

John Paul Construction has been awarded the contract to extend Orwell Nursing Home.  Work is scheduled to commence in May and consists of a 50-bed nursing home, along with 36 sheltered living accommodation units above a basement car park. The works are being constructed around the existing nursing home facility at Rathgar House which is a protected structure.
