The Hyatt Centric Hotel

The Hodson Bay Hotel Group have appointed us to construct the new Hyatt Centric Hotel on Dean Street in Dublin comprising a new 6 storey, 10,000 m² facility with 234 bedrooms, a new café bar and conference facilities over a single storey basement. This is the Hyatt Hotel Corporations first Irish hotel, and the Hodson Bay Group will manage the property as part of a franchise agreement.

This is the 7th Hotel project we have worked on in the last 12 months, consolidating our position as a market leader in the Tourism and Leisure sector.
