Ardee Point Student Accommodation

We are thrilled to have recommenced works on the design and build contract of Ardee Point Student Accommodation, which was shut down as part of the closure of the construction sector from December to April 2021. Workers are back on site for the first time since breaking ground in November 2020 and are busy constructing this landmark development in Dublin 8. The three blocks range in height from 6 – 8 storeys and will contain high-specification student accommodation comprised of 368-bed spaces and associated site development works. There will be student amenities spaces and staff areas on the ground floor, which will also incorporate relevant plant spaces, communal areas, and co-working spaces.

The buildings surround an external landscaped courtyard and will have a brick external façade with double / triple glazed aluclad windows. There are a number of heritage elements as part of the project, including the refurbishment and conservation works to the protected tower and vaults structures, which are to be incorporated within the development.
