TII Motorway Control Operations Centre
Transport Infrastructure Ireland’s (TII) new Motorway Operations Control Centre (MOCC) is the central hub from which TII monitors and manages the safe operation of more than 1,200 kilometres of motorway and dual carriageways across Ireland. Completed in August 2020, this state-of-the-art building is equipped with the latest technology to allow real-time monitoring of traffic on the busiest sections of the motorway network. It enables TII and emergency responders to implement an integrated and coordinated response to traffic conditions while improving the dissemination of information in relation to incidents, events, and road works to road users.
