Chelsea Creek Blocks A & B

St George Plc have awarded John Paul Construction a Design & Build contract for the shell and core works for Chelsea Creek Blocks A and B. The tower block A will consist of 24 floors with the top 2 floors consisting of an opulent penthouse coupled with its own roof top garden. Block B is an 8 storey residential building clad in brickwork to match the surrounding buildings and landscape features.
