Deutsche Bank has leased 10,000 sq.m office space in the Eastpoint Business Park in Dublin and have awarded John Paul Construction a €10m category B fit-out contract. The work will be carried out in a fast track basis to the highest standards in Global Transaction Banking (GTB).
