Gilead QC Laboratory

Gilead Sciences, a global research-based biopharmaceutical company, appointed us to construct a new QC laboratory together with additional office space on their site in Carrigtwohill, Cork.

The purpose of this project is to increase the operational floor area available to the QC function, while also creating office space on the first floor for future development.

Gilead’s existing operations remain in full production for the duration of our works, requiring close daily coordination and Client liaison from our construction team.
