High Capacity Data Centre

We have completed demolition works on a factory in Dublin and are well advanced in the construction of the high capacity data centre replacing it, further strengthening our experience in this sector.

The demolition contract consisted of the removal of the existing factory’s roof and façade, and the full strip out of the internal structure to leave existing columns ready for retrofitting of a new steel frame. The main contract works consist of the construction of a new 20,000m² data centre shell and core along with a full M&E fit out and handover of 2no. fully operational data halls. This project is being constructed to an extremely aggressive programme which to date we have achieved all milestones.
