Due to continued expansion we require an MEP Project Manager to join our growing team and oversee the planning, design, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various projects.

Our existing projects portfolio includes large scale Commercial and Residential, Life Science/Pharma, Mission critical as well as future high profile projects.

Position Overview:
As an MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of MEP systems. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality MEP installations. Your role will include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site management to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the design and implementation of MEP .
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems with overall project designs.
  • Lead and supervise MEP teams, ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and milestones, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure all MEP installations comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring they are fully operational before handover.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final handover packages.

Specific Requirements

  • Relevant Third level Degree
  • 10+ years experience preferably with a main contractor
  • Previous projects experience on Construction/Civil Engineering projects is preferred (Mission Critical, Pharma, Data Centres, Hi-Tech)
  • Chartered or working towards chartership
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Excellent IT skills
