Supreme Safety Award 2016
John Paul Construction is delighted to announce that it was awarded the Supreme Safety Award at the 25th Annual NISO/NISG Safety Awards held in Killarney last Friday evening.
The Supreme Safety Award is the highest safety award in Ireland (North and South) and is presented to the organisation which has shown “consistently good or continuously improving health and safety performance over a number of years and an outstanding contribution to occupational safety, health and welfare during the previous year.”
This is a highly prestigious and sought after award that normally goes to high achievers in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry and has only once previously been awarded to a main contractor. It is therefore a tremendous public endorsement of the positive and proactive culture of safety management that we are achieving within the company.
We were also jointly awarded The Occupational Health Award, which is sponsored by the HSA and HSENI and a high achiever award for consistently achieving a high standard at the annual awards.
