David Dillon

David is a graduate of the University of Galway and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.  His career commenced in the aviation industry with Aer Lingus plc, before moving to CRH plc where he spent over 25 years in leadership positions across the United States and Europe.  He was a member of CRH plc’s Executive Committee from 2016-2023 where he served as President, Strategy & Development, and as President, CRH Europe with responsibility for operations in 28 countries, $13 billion in sales and 32,000 employees.  As Non-Executive Director, David brings vast experience and insight to the board of John Paul Construction.
