Ryanair Office Fit-Out – Contract Award

Ryanair appointed  John Paul Construction as its chosen contractor to fit-out its new Dublin office building at Airside Business Park, Swords, County Dublin. This new 10,000 sq.m building will be complete by the end of 2013 incorporating a 20-week fit-out programme.

Works include removing undercroft carpark and adding storage room under offices building, fit-out of 5-storey south and north wings, all M&E services, partitions and server room. Anticipated completion date is December 2013.
