Thomas Street Student Accommodation
We have been appointed as design and build contractor for the 7,692 m2 Thomas Street Student Accommodation by Hattington Student Housing. The development comprises a 244 bedspace Student Accommodation Facility on the site of the landmark Frawley’s Department Store together with retail uses at the ground floor of the existing Thomas Street properties.
The project includes the conservation and refurbishment of Nos. 30 & 32-36 Thomas Street, along with the construction of new buildings that range in height from 3-6 storeys over ground which are set back behind the existing Thomas Street buildings via a newly formed private courtyard.
Dublin is currently undergoing a massive shortage in student accommodation and we are delighted to play a part in easing some of the shortage.
