Townsend Street Development

We are delighted to be working with Tetrarch Capital to deliver the major Townsend Street Development in Dublin. The project, when completed, will consist of a 393 bed hotel for Travelodge, a 136 bed aparthotel and a 66 bed aparthotel, both for Staycity and a 21-unit residential block for Dublin City Council. The 8-storey mixed-use scheme will also feature a large ground floor restaurant and retail units.
The entire project is being managed and delivered through BIM.
