The Trinity City Hotel

Following our successful completion of works on The Westin Hotel Dublin and The Hilton Hotel Charlemont, we have again been appointed by the Lalco Hotel Group for the extension and upgrade works to The Trinity City Hotel on Pearse Street.

The works comprise a 45 bed new build and a 32 bed roof top extension covering 5,000 m², increasing the capacity of the hotel by 30%. In addition, a new administration building is being added along with refurbishment of the existing hotel to include lift replacement and front lobby upgrade as well as kitchens and back of house facilities. The hotel will remain fully operational throughout.
